She has spent more than 20 years in senior leadership roles, managing complex teams, driving strategic initiatives, and leading workforce and sector-based reforms across Queensland.

Beyond the specialist service sector, Linda-Ann has worked in small business and large organisations, and across a broad range of industries including fishing, mining, transport, manufacturing, hairdressing, and beauty therapy.  This experience has given her a well-rounded understanding of diverse workplace environments, leadership challenges, strategy and organisational culture in the context of team and individual development.

Linda-Ann has also delivered specialist executive training and keynote conference presentations to high-level government departments including The Office of Prime Minister and Cabinet, and has provided leadership consulting across corporate, government, education, and community sectors. Her expertise includes transformation of workplace culture, quality leadership for crisis response, conflict resolution within teams, and enhancing ‘workplace happiness’.
